What are the standard pre-treatment components in your plants?
Every plant comes with a Raw Water Pump, Dual-Media Sand Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, and Micron Cartridge Filters to protect the RO membrane.
How long does installation take?
Standard pre-assembled plants like the 250 LPH can be completely installed, plumbed, and tested within 2 to 3 hours once site preparations are ready.
What site preparations are required?
You need to provide a flat solid flooring space, a raw water supply tank, a 3-phase or single-phase electrical supply (based on size), and a drain line for reject water.
How much wastewater is produced during purification?
Industrial RO plants generally yield a recovery rate of 40% to 50% pure water, with the remaining water discharged as reject. This reject water can be reused for gardening, flushing, or floor washing.
How often should filters be replaced?
Pre-filters should be backwashed daily. Micron cartridges need replacement every 2-3 months. Sand and Carbon media are replaced every 1 to 2 years, while the RO membrane lasts 1.5 to 3 years.
Do you offer warranty and AMC?
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on all electrical/electronic spares. We also provide yearly maintenance contracts (AMC) that include 3-4 service visits for filter replacement and pressure checks.
